About Me ★

I’m an Advertising student at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a passion for brand strategy, social media, and cross-cultural communication. I’m especially interested in how brands build loyalty through authenticity, culture, and shared values, particularly between Japanese and American markets.

As President of the Japanese Student Association, I lead a 30-member executive board, support campus community-building, and help shape the organization’s social media presence. I enjoy turning ideas into clear, engaging content that connects with people, whether that means directing a club campaign, analyzing audience behavior, or building a stronger online visual identity.

A little more about me: I’m organized, communicative, and naturally drawn to creating clarity, whether that means keeping a team aligned or helping an idea feel more focused. Outside of school, I’m often listening to music, playing piano, or finding creative inspiration through film, design, and social media. I’m an ISFJ, Enneagram Type 9, and Adobe Creative Type “Luminary,” which is fitting because I’m drawn to thoughtful storytelling, emotional connection, and creating small moments that feel meaningful, warm, and connected.
